All a member has to do is join for the $250 and for them to receive any commission, they must recruit two more members. Once they complete that requirement, they are entered into the matrix and within a short period of time, after they have reached the end of the phase, they will be paid their $10,000.

The fact that this company has literally taken over as the one to beat has put in in the spotlight and in front of the eyes of many skeptics. However, no matter how dig they deep, they’ll find that TVI Express is not a scam. In fact, they are a legitimate company that was created by individuals who, obviously, thought outside the box.
